3" lift packages...Does it change the way you tow?

I've been thumbing through many posts, but I haven't come across this item yet. Does modifying the suspension to say a Toytec Ultimate 3" lift package change the way the vehicle will handle while towing? Will it cause the back end to sag?

Currently, i'm hauling a heavy 21' Sea Pro...close too 5000lb total w/ trailer, and the stock suspension handles beautifully...Bottom line is that I don't wanna trade towing for off road clearance. So any ideas?

you might want to consider at least getting airlft 1000 bags for the rear, they will help without adding height. im not really sure why you would ask if the toytec 3ln. ultimate lift would cause the rear to sag, but firmming up the suspension will only help, lifting it is not nesessary.

its paranoia since i depend on this car a lot...before i drop a grand ++ into the car, I'd like to be aware of any potential changes to the way the car to handles...

I have 2" spacer pucks in the rear of mine and adjustables billies in the front. I towed a 5,000 lb boat to the keys and back this past summer with no problem. (1500 miles or so).

You will be fine.
