3" Suspension lift- What size Body lift for 35x12.50's?

Hi, I am looking at buying a 96-02 4runner for a daily driver and occasional mild off-roading, and I am planning on using the ToyTec COilovers up front 0-3.5", with 3" coils on the rear, and I was wondering, what size body lift would I need to clear some 35x12.50's as I have a set of MT Baja ATZ 17's that I would like to use. I would like to do the minimum lift to keep it reliable and fit those tires without major rubbing, so any help would be greatley appreciated, and BTW I searched and searched, but couldn't find anything. Thanks.

Maybe like a 2 inch body lift. Im guessing but I think thats right.

you'll for sure have to trim a few things if you dont want them to rub

I think you'll have to extend a bunch of stuff if you go with a 2" body lift.

Go with a suspension lift, much better... gives form and function.

Body lifts are ultimately for looks... and if you get one too big, you'll have to extend shit. Really all they're for is to fit bigger shit and that's just stupid.

I mean if you might as well have the functionality.

you aren't going to get enough suspension lift by itself to house the 35's unless you do some MAJOR fabrication

yep and alot of guys, not all but most, say its not worth it to go up from 33's to 35's unless youre mostly offroad and even then its a lot of making things work to run them. Hell id like to have a set of 35's under mine but then you need to regear, etc. etc.

** a 2" body lift would run 35's if you can find one

no extensions needed for the 2 inch other than the steering shaft spacer which is also needed on the 1 inch

To get 35's to fit offroad is going to take some work, bodylift or just cutting. I spent Saturday trimming the front fenders and pounding in the pinchweld in an attempt to get them to fit without cutting. Not going to happen.
