After trying my 30" Hanma bar on the roof rack, I decided to move it to the front bumper for various reasons. I really didn't want to cut any plastic or drill holes in the bumper as others have done, so this is what I came up with.
I started out using Momo's write-up as a guide and made 4 L brackets. Getting the bolts through was a little tricky, but was eventually able to get it done. Instead of making it a 90 degree bend, I had to go a little further because the light hits the angle iron and you're limited as to how high you can aim the light. The angle of these brackets allows a greater range of motion (can angle the light down a lot, but not very high up).
I then took a 36" piece of 2" angle iron and bolted to the L brackets.
Then I mounted the light bar to the angle iron (only two brackets shown, there will be a 4 actually installed).
You can't fit the assembled light bar and mount into the spot behind the grill. I had to take the light bar attached to the angle iron and put it in place. Then I was able to bolt in the 4 L brackets. It's a tight fit but there's enough room to get the job done.

I'll try to get some output shots soon. It doesn't seem that much light is blocked by the lower grill, which was a concern I had going into this project. I tried getting the LED's aligned in the openings as much as possible, this helped I'm sure. The mount is very solid, I don't expect it to shake at all. I'll have to report back on this. A lot of this was trial and error, so I don't have any detailed measurements or anything. I just went one piece at a time and had an idea of what I wanted. It's a pretty simple design, just takes some time to get everything lined up.
