33's rubbing issues

Hi all I recently put on the 3 in ome lift with 285/75/16s and i have a slight rubbing issue. Ive had it for a couple months now and its starting to get rather annoying. It only happens slightly on the way to full lock. Ive read about pushing the fender liner back a bit with drilling new holes but not sure if this is what i want to do. Are there other options? It the rubber piece at the bottom of the liner the goes beyond the bumper itself. (part not flush with the bumper?) What about just cutting this piece off? If i do that im worried about mud flinging up into the wiring harness for the headlights? Any info or links would be greatly appreciated/ Ive tried searching but not much has poopped up? Thanks

I followed the instructions J.A. laid out on his website. Scroll to the bottom of the below link and follow those procedures. You basically push the front wheel well liner forward a few inches and re-drill the holes to mount it. Then just a little cutting with a dremel and you're good to go. Mine came out looking great (you can't tell I did anything by looking at it) and took less than an hour to do both sides.

Off topic: Any pics of your lift, BTW?
