Hi all. I just joined the forum to hopefully find someone interested in buying my project t4r that won't ever get done if i keep it. The truck originally had the 22-re but that's long gone and there's a rebuilt 350 chevy in its place. I made motor mounts that are bolt in, and a bell-housing adapter to mate the chevy engine to the toyota transmission. W-56 i believe it is. I used an automatic chevy flexplate (for starting purposes), and machined the toy flywheel to fit the chevy crank (for using the toyota clutch) There is also a custom pilot bushing to support the toyota input shaft. Its all bolted together and with the tranny in gear, when i crank it over with a ratchet the truck moves 
I have 3/8 ss fuel line bent up, and the sender from the stock tank has been modified. The pump is gone and there's a piece of 3/8 hard line in its place. I have an electric pump (still in box) that attaches with rubber line between the tank and the new fuel line.
The clutch slave cylinder needs a mounting bracket fabricated. I had to machine away most of the oem slave mounting boss to clear the chevy starter. I have a new never used CNC slave cylinder (pull style) to get things working.
The engine is an 010 chevy casting (high nickel content) with 882 heads. All new bearings and seals, oil pump, water pump, starter, timing chain and gears, pistons (.03 over) 9.28:1 compression, valves lapped in, RV style cam (torque). I have most of the recipts for the engine work/ parts (i hope, its been a while ) I have a set of new block hugger headers that go with. I have not reached the point of figuring out a radiator. I have the stocker, but im not sure its enough to cool an 8. I also have not added any accessores to the engine, like p/s pump, alternator, etc but i have some used ones and misc. bracketry that go with.
There is a 3" body lift that i made out of white delrin plastic (been a cnc machinist for years now)
There is a 4" suspension lift. The new front spring packs are in and ready to go. The rears are an add-a-leaf deal, and i have one side done. The other side needs finished as well as the shock installed. The kit came with new shocks (trailmaster i think, ill have to look)
The frame is rusty as most 85's are, but its not like its about to break in half or anything. It looks structurally sound to me.
The body is probablly a 6 or 7 out of 10. There's a hole in the driver's side foot well that's a patchable size (smaller than a dollar bill) Both rear wheel wells are victims of rot. They've been replaced already by some previous owner, but it needs redone to be nice. The outer skins and the inner wells are no longer connected. The truck has one new (in primer) fender. Slight rust on the other. The tail gate works, as does the window (i replaced the regulator and channel when i first got the truck) The hard top is off the truck right now, and is in good shape. There is a section of rail that the hard top sits on that needs replaced (cut out and new sheet metal grafted in. i attempted this, but its bad. I wasn't so good with sheet metal back when i did this) The truck is white with the brown stickers along the doors. The right side of the truck is black and yellow, as i used it to test the spray pattern on my paint gun (years ago) The hood is in great shape, but has all kinds of skull-flame type patterns sprayed on it (again years ago i got an airbrush and *had* to try it with the stencils) So basically the truck needs some sort of coat of paint.
Im at the point where i want my garage back. Everything i have that's for the truck goes with it. If i find something that goes with it after you've bought it, ill ship it to you. The truck is in rolling condition, and if you live within a reasonable distance of 16505 i can help get it to you. I have a trailer and can winch it up on there. I have the title in hand, and its clear. I don't have pictures hosted anywhere, but can email them to you on request. Also if you want pics of anything specific, ask and ill get them to you.
$1500, located in Erie, Pa. Will also consider either a 600 sport bike or 600 (or close to that) sized snowmobile for trade.
