I know this has been talked about before but I can't get a clear answer... I have a 95 4runner that is needing a motor, now I have a 350 engine that was given to me, how much am I looking at for the rest of the parts needed to swap in this motor?

$470 for a conversion kit from Advanced Adapters, if you have the R150F transmission. 712561 : Toyota Truck R150 & R151F, V6 Manual Transmission to GM V8 Adapter Bell Housing Kit. | Advance Adapters

Plus money for

• Radiator (Or you can try using the stock one. I can't vouch for it working on a V8 yet)
• Fans ~$60ish
• Hoses ~ Can't really give an estimate on this
• Wiring ~ Can't really give an estimate on this
• Fuel Pressure Regulator ~$40, unless you're going EFI?
• Body Lift or Hood Scoop so that the hood can shut ~$150 for the Performance Accessories lift
• Exhaust ~$500+ if you take it to a shop, can probably do it for less then $500 if you're doing it yourself
• Do you have everything for the clutch?

I can't really give an estimate for all the parts, but I'm easily at around $3k for my Ford 302 conversion including the engine. It wasn't cheap, lots of nickel and diming everywhere you turn.

This, oh my god this. Add up everything you think you'll need, round up to the next thousand, then double it. I thought I was going to finish my 3RZ swap under $2000, I'm near $3500 counting everything and it ain't running yet.
