It's going to take some work to get them to fit when wheeling. I already had to cut some more of the fender skirting and pund the pinchweld down on the drive home from the tire store. I did find out that my tires have a full road hazard warranty! :reddance:

Maybe shocks are limiting my rear flex?

Are you sure it's not the body sitting on the opposite tire and stopping it. The rear sway bar limits the travel a bunch too. After you take care of those issues, you may need longer shocks if you still want more travel. What shocks are you running now?

Looks really good, but it looks like it's going to be a lot of work still to get that thing trail worthy. Good luck, can't wait to se the finished product!

It's a variety of factors most likely; shock length, rear swaybars, tires trying to rip my fenders off. OME Sports and I'll probably look into the Trekmasters.
Definitely going to take some more cutting and welding! :flamethrwoer2:
I kind of want a welder, there's a bunch of projects I need/want to do with my rig. Trim and patch both bumpers and fenders for tire clearance, remount sliders more outboard and add kickout, remount rear bumper to clear 35" under the truck, SAS!
Even with having to do a whole bunch of work it's totally worth it! The increased stability both off and on road is amazing.

So me and one of my friends spent a pretty solid three hours cutting fenders and front bumper, pounding in the pinchweld and folding over the fender liners and trying to re-form the rear fender lines. Then we flexed it out and found out the firewall has to be cut and patched to fit 35's, the same with the rear fenders. I've got the toughest rig at the mall.

Man I really want 35's now! Are the 4.56's deep enough for the 35's or go 5.10? Anyone try for 37's with a normal little 3" lift? Would look pretty sick!
