360 HP 4Runner...

Maybe 4runningDaily could go and take a look. This may be one CL deal he can't flip for a profit.

Why one would invest that much money into a 5vz is beyond me.

I mean you can be looking at just $7k in motor work easy not counting the turbo setup. Crazy setup for a 4runner. LOL

In most stock trans, the autos can handle a lot more. Its only our autos that dont like power. There are peeps running 8 second 1/4 miles on stock Mitsubishi autos.

360hp would be nice. However, if I had 16k to drop on a 3rd gen, I'd just let mine spend a week or two at Diesel Toys and come back with a Toyota D4D.

I see he used CP Pistons, but no real details for the rest of the engine. If I were considering buying this, I'd ask for the full details of the engine, with receipts to back-up any claims made.

Also knowing the brand and type of dyno, (Inertia, Eddy Current, etc, etc.) and whether the Dyno operator is competent, would be high on my list to
validate the claims.

Thats funny that you question him so much. Not many actually have proof like he does. At least he has something. I know when my talon made 400+whp it was a dynojet. Load bearing she only laid down 330hp. Same tune. So yes it does make big difference.
