I'm in the process of making cup holders for 96-98 models. Just waiting for the 3D printer to get fixed by my school district. Here's the link to the build thread.

I will be working on it over thanksgiving. I need to get it made because I am out of switch blanks and I have to install my lights, and some other goodies that need switches.

How hard would it be to make a file for a 3D printer to print off a satoshi grill emblem? I've been wanting one to say 4Runner and look aggressive but I have no knowledge on 3D printing.

Yeah I've got an idea for you.
I'm running a K&N cold air intake, and I am eventually installing my snorkel. I'm on the fence about reverting to stock intake just to make the connection, and I'm wondering if there's a way to make a unit that encloses the CAI filter and connects to the fender air tubing. Maybe not the most popular request but I am starting to look into it one way or another.

Definitely a option! Since I want to get a snorkel soon I can look into it. We do have a k&n laying around here some where I think.

If you put in a big 3" bypass valve that would do the trick.

How sturdy is the 3D printing? I have an idea for a product, but not sure how strong the plastic is as you don't want the part to break ever.

I was thinking about a cone shaped box to go around the filter. It wouldn't be cheap exactly, but not anywhere as expensive as the snorkel itself.

okay so my roommate said he would do it (since he is a bio-medical engineer I trust him lol) but since he is super busy and I am always curious and want to learn this sheeet what program do you use to make the files? He was thinking of just using creed and just converting it to the correct file? (I am just a lonely fermentation major so I don't know a lot about this)
