Hey Guys,
I have a 90 4Runner with a 3L
7" Total lift
3" of it was body lift
Installing the Body lift lowered my motor relative to the intake's stock molded air hose, and caused it to not line up anymore.
I used a 3 1/4" Ducting hose to connect it up and installed my PCV into the air box( i don't know the tech name of it )
The truck is running ok, but i need something way more sturdy.
If i have even a slight change in air pressure, my truck barely runs.
Has anyone encountered this and come up with a cheap solution?
Maybe built a snorkel set up that didn't mess with the intake sensors?
I priced out the safari snorkel system and its way to much money and i dont even know if my truck will run with it unless its hooked up after my air box and all the sensors.
I was also hoping someone might have under hood pics of a homemade snorkel set up.
