3rd brake light

hey people,

i'm posting here and in general discussions.

i searched the site but came up empty-handed. i'm looking for info/advice about a 3rd brake light for a '91 runner with the rear-mounted tailgate spare tire.

anyone seen one or know how it could fabricated and wiring run? i've seen them only on some wranglers and there are lots of 2nd gen runners around my area without the 3rd brake light.

i saw one on a 91 runner the other day, and was curious where it came from myself......it was mounted to the roof.....im sure there is a universal 3rd brake light that can be wire into the brake light system without to many issues

hmm yeah. i wonder. don't 94s have the cutout in the wind deflector for the 3rd brake light? maybe just a matter of drilling out a place for one, or replacing the wind deflector with a '94's.
