I forgot to add that I also have a 3rd Gen 96-98 Manik Black Grill Guard for Sale for $95, it includes mounting brackets but no bolts. It is in perfect condition except it did require welding on the bottom end of the bar but is hardly noticeable. Located in CA, here click the link for pictures:
