If only ARB had the options for fender flares + body lifts
The arb is the most sold production off road bumper and looks the same on all vehicles. Lots of other choices with body lift and flare options.
Below is some info and pics copied from my build thread...
On Friday my ARB bumper arrived. I purchased this new bumper for $980.86 shipped. I had a difficult time finding one, so I'm relieved to have it in my possession. Here is the thread about the extremely limited availability of these bumpers... The Fedex truck dropped off a box on a pallet that was twice as big as I was expecting. The shipping weight was 220 pounds. You can barely see my 4Runner behind the mailbox kiosk.
After I opened the box there was a lot of empty space. The box had these laminated cardboard reinforcements on the edges, so the bumper was very well protected.
The bumper barely fit in my 4Runner.
I cut two holes in the packaging so that I could grab the bar to unload the bumper and bring it inside. This is the only way I could have done this by myself.
After cutting and wrestlng with the packing materials for about 10 minutes an ARB bumper begins to emerge.
Here is everything that comes in the accessory box. By the way everything was sealed, packed and labeled I could tell that this bumper had never even been opened since it was originally shipped from Australia. I was considering used ARBs, but now I'm glad that I found a new one.
So far my expectations for this bumper have been exceeded. The quality and workmanship is top notch. I had not seen one of these in person, so I had no idea how beefy this bumper was. The bull bars are much larger in diameter than I thought they would be. I have an average size hand... when I wrap my hand around the bull bar my thumb and middle finder only overlap by about 1/4". On the ends the bull bar goes through the plate and is welded to the inside of the bumpers below the turn signal cutouts. The triangular supports also continue behind the front plate. Everything seems to be very well thought out on this bumper. Even the small rubber "bumperettes" look great.
I am going to save up for a Warn M8000 winch. Below is a photo of a 3rd Generation 4Runner with a small Warn emblem on the driver side of the bumper that balanced out the ARB logo on the left. I'm going to do that... I'm always thinking (and copying others ideas) about small details like that.
I want my bumper to look just like this after it has been painted. Before I got the bumper I was thinking I would get it sand (or media) blasted and then spray paint it a metallic silver with a satin finish. Now after seeing the bumper I think that there is a good chance I will screw it up trying to spray paint it myself. After I get it sand blasted I'm thinking I should get it powdercoated a metallic silver color with a satin finish and make sure that I have the same color paint in a spray can for touch ups. The 4Runner below belongs to drdollittlerwc... I've sent him a message to see how it was painted (or if it was powdercoated).
Sorry to bump such a old thread, I was trying to figure out how big the cutouts are in the bumper where the amber lenses are. I am also trying to figure out what clear lights are in place of it on that silver one. If anybody knows thanks for the info. I tried reaching out to the individuals but they have not been active for multiple years.

If memory serves correctly, the cutouts are somewhere around 6" long and a bit under 2" tall. I have the same clear lenses, this is the main source folks tend to use, including me.
If you're in the market, I couldn't suggest this bumper more. Yes it's chunky and weighs a lot. But, I've hit two deer, a guard rail and a tree with minimal damage to the bumper and none to my vehicle.

I have the bumper on the rig I just bought, I'm just out of town and strategizing what lights I could put in place of my amber ones that would be functional? Yall know of anything from rigid or baja that would work or and other brand?

I would recommend gamaviti but I'm biased. The guy who runs that is in my 4x4 club.

I wish I had an answer, but I've been searching for a functional alternative for over five years now too. I'm surprised no light company has made a nice LED that bolts directly in. Hopefully someone can chime in and tell me I'm wrong. It's easy enough to put the turn signal in our corner lights instead, and that indicator spot is a valuable place for fog or aux lights.
