yeah i still don't get it then he's just saying that he had no need to even use his locker and after reading the manual it says you can't do over 5 mph with it enguaged, i wasn't commenting on the grey wire mod so you can lock in 2L,

Maybe I should have cut out the last part, as that's what I was referring to. Stock, you can't run the locker in 2h/4h--only in 4lo. He is mixing up the center diff lock with the rear e-locker.

That was my comment. This dude was such a troll. Finally found a picture of my old 4Runner. 1996 SR5 4WD auto. Every option except leather - including rear locker. This picture is from '97
