headers on the 3.4L arent easy! however, with the right tools you could get it done in a few hours in your driveway. if you are looking to stay N/A, i would go with some downey headers, magnaflow hi flow cat and a cat back exhaust of your choice. then i would go to a trueflow air filter or (flame suit on) K&N FIPK, or other cold air intake. this will let your motor breathe alot better and if/when you decide to throw the supercharger on there, it will perform a little better.
