I am not a fan personally. I am getting a sport hood painted that I scored for super cheap through a friends body shop.
I can take some. They have the typical unclean road grime stuff on them. The rig has 120k miles on it. So low for these vehicles, bushings are 100% solid.

Cleaned up absolutely zero from removal. Truck was neglected badly so clean them up and good to go.
I'm lifted 3.5" up front now. I might just save it for a spare to be honest. Nobody local wants to commit to it and shipping is counter productive. Huge ass box, fairly heavy, shipping charges are ridiculous.
