3rd Gen Squealing on Start-up

So every time I try turning on my car on and it's cold outside I get this awful squealing sound that lasts a couple of seconds before the engine decides to run smoothly. I've noticed that it only does this around 50F, if it's any colder/hotter it won't make a noise.
However, last year, I replaced my timing belt and water pump and I was at about 101k miles, now I'm at around 110k. I had the squealing problem last year when it was cold but then summer came and it stopped happening so I forgot about it, now it's acting up again.
I also read somewhere that when mechanics replace your timing belt, they don't tighten the belts as much as they should so I'm wondering if this could just be a belt that needs to get tightened.
If anyone could help a girl out, that would be awesome!

It's the alternator belt, mine wasn't as tight as it should have been, but I fixed it. This might help you out!

+1 it's the belts. If they are cracked, replace them, otherwise just ad a little bit of tension to them. DON'T tighten cracked belts, because you'll risk having one snap while driving. But belts in good condition naturally stretch and then start to slip, which is what is causing your slipping. Also, if they're dirty an old trick is spray them with water from a spray bottle. Stay away from belt dressing. Doesn't work and makes a mess.

Thank you! They look to be in good condition and I tightened it up just a little yesterday. I wasn't sure how much to tighten it up but I guess we'll see if it decides to squeal again. And yeah I've heard some pretty bad stories from people using belt dressing, I wasn't gonna put myself through that haha

A good rule of thumb?

The Alternator and AC belts should be tight enough to where you can deflect the belt ~1/4 of an inch when pressing on it with one finger. It should be firm at that point.
