Awesome awesome awesome bumper. I kind of like the speed holes on the sides. not so much on the tail gate cuz stuff can fall in there and possibly rust. I like the lower tire mount. I really wish someone would make a locking spindle so the arm can stay strait out if need be. My buddy built a swing out on his bronco and used a front hub of a Dana 44 as the spindle. Its got a locking hub on it so the swing out arm will lock in place if your working out of the back. It wont swing around. Then hes also got a full replacement hub for trail repairs if need be. Unfortunately we dont have manual locking hubs to use this idea.

Nice design. I'm not a fan of tube bumpers on suv's, but the plates on the wings look good.
Couple of questions.
1. Would a final product be available powdercoated?
2. Have you done any offroad testing on the design? Will it stand up to harsh use over time? I ask because I had an ARB rear step bumper with swing out carrier on an 80 series that fell apart after a year of rough driving.
3. Is there a light for the licence plate (legal requirement)

Since no one has mentioned it yet...
How is the lean when you have a full spare on there? It seems most of the swing away's out there have the spare on the pass side to even out the weight of a full gas tank (at least to my recollection, it's been a while since I have looked).

Our swing out is on the passenger side... We did it more to not have a tire blocking your field of view...

High lift mounted nice and low...
Gas can looks funny with out the tire on
Corners are a little wider but looks good...Should fit the Limited style flares like a glove
