Camera: i dont have great impressive gear, but im shooting with the Sony NEX-5N with a Nikon f/1.4 lens. Its really a great and impressive camera, doesnt have a full frame but the apc is quite large for its size. Also being digital and with a great processor its quite hard to beat. Love shooting with it but want to step up to a new lens soon. Just cant help but focus my cash flow to the T4R. LOL

You have great camera gear yourself. i cant say that i remember off the top of my head but i remember reading you picked up a new body recently. What gear you running?

That's a sweet setup. Super nice having the f/1.4 on that lens. I love shooting wide open! I know what you mean, I could have bought some seriously SICK camera gear for what I have in my 4Runner. Oh well....:crazy:

I'd like to see some more pics with the projectors in! Especially with that awesome hawaiian backdrop.

Yah I'm starting to collect some decent camera gear. Just upgraded from a Canon XSi body to a full-frame Canon 6D. It's quite the JUMP in performance and cost but it's something I've been wanting to do for a while. I saw the 6D was coming out in December and pretty much planned on going for it after the holidays.

Next up is a 16-35 f/2.8L or a 70-200 f/2.8L IS lens for me. Just need to decide if I value the zoom or the wide end of things for landscapes.

Hahaha I know what you mean. Took me some time to learn about all the camera vocabulary. After rereading what you quoted I can see where it sounds like computer language or in your analogy Spanish. Haha

Just gonna drop this in here...

Well, I don't have Photoshop or Lightroom (want!), and you guys have been posting some spectacular photos in here, but this is one of my favorites from this past weekend of elk hunting - The 4Runner covered 380+ miles in 5 days, only 170 on the pavement, and 210 miles on rock/dirt. Everything still seems to be together, for the most part!

Will post more up soon in my adventure thread (see sig).

lol yes! at 17 we all know your not gonna be towing your daddys $70k toy-hauler RV ect... so just put those damn things in before you hit something and bust them off... and how the hell can they afford a diesel at that age anyways... hell im almost 30 and cant afford to pick one up... -thankfully i have a father inlaw and a couple good friends who have them some im good if i ever need one

Did some wheeling at Stave Lake on saturday, located in Mission, BC. Excuse the poor quality of the photos. They are just a couple quick iPhone pictures. At the time that the second picture was taken, both the 91' cummins and the 2nd gen 4runner in the background were stuck, leaving only me to make things right. This whole area is slick, muddy clay so both recoveries took a while. It took both 4runners tied end to end to get the 7000lb cummins to even move. Once we finally got him out, the amount of mud that his truck had moved in the process was astonishing. The ruts were waist height.

Lol look behind Hammond in the picture I posted(around 1:07 in the video). The 4Runner used in the special wasn't mentioned in any way but I spotted it when I watched that episode the first time and I remember COB(?) posting a screenshot.
