Thanks!, That lucky person was an even sponsor who told me to drive straight in to the pit so they could pull me out, they had me hooked before I even went in. They said if I tried the bypass that everyone else used, I would flip with 2WD. This event was at BMRA (Barnwell Mountain Recreation Area) in Gilmer, Texas.

if this was for real, you gotta give props to those type of people. i don't wheel much but i've been with ppl that are all like "JUST PLOW THROUGH I WANNA SEE SOME CARNAGE", and other ppl who really understand and know how to lead safely. Feels good to wheel with those type of ppl especially if you are 2wd. where are those vids btw?

Yep, for real. These people were great to wheel with and all around very knowledgeable about safety and the trails. I'm trying to edit the video but I'm having some problems with the program I use not liking huge HD files.

Sweet!! That was good that they knew what they were doing and helped you like that! I have a bunch of friends out in East Texas, Tyler area, not far from Gilmer.

That brings back some memories. Please excuse my recent absence but if I'm not on 12-14hr shifts I'm getting our house ready for my move to San Angelo,TX:cowboy:. I don't know how many pages I just looked at but :thumb3: to all. I hope to do some wheeling out there and post some pics of something other than pine trees and sand!

But back to zgensler- if you get bit by the mod bug that nice lil 4Runner will start to change. I love it though, never sell it!

Eh not too bad really, the gator was really calm and just sun bathing. I see a lot of them out here on golf courses and what not, they tend to leave you alone. I do video work for my company and they have put me in cages with lions, bears, kangaroos, tigers etc... with a trainer of course, but its an adrenaline rush to say the least!



4runner8- They are actually gun metal, but when they do get dirty they turn a tad bronze. Dupli-color gun metal if you were curious.
