You're making me wish I went with the 33" ST Maxx instead of the 32's lol. Looks great. What did you use to black out your bumpers and flares?

I used truck bed liner. Quite simple and cheap!

I've done some work recently on my Runner as finances have allowed. I love the way it looks now. Want a basket rack for spare tire and custom bumpers.

I really like the design of the new Cooper STT PROS! They look like a BFG KO2 and a Goodyear Duratrac had a great looking kid. LOL!

I have been very happy with my KO2s, but I might have gone for these had they been available when I picked up my new tires. How have they been so far on the road, (noise/comfort) and off road conditions?

I pulled the videos because I realize the video quality is pretty terrible. But otherwise, I know I'd rather see people having stupid fun in their 4runners rather than sifting through pages of stock 4runners sitting in driveways.

Quality is in the eye of the beholder I guess. I didn't even notice the poor quality. All I noticed is a truck on very thin ice that was obviously no longer on a trail. Some real asshattery going on there. To each there own. I'd rather see trucks in a driveway than that myself. I would've called the forest ranger if I saw it happening myself but. :shrug:

I agree with you somewhat on that. I do believe in treading lightly and would not drive into/onto a lake myself, but all he did was drive a car length from the shore, broke through the ice intentionally, and drove right out. The environmental impact from that is going to be Infinitessimal at best.

Cool neighborhood indeed [MENTION=58830]JWaldz[/MENTION] . Looks like East of I-25 and north of platte. Spent all my childhood in the Springs. Coming home to visit mom soon. The closest roads I remember wheeling on with my pop were called long water gulch and eleven mile. As a youngster long water gulch was a sketchy mogul field with river crossings and a highly exposed off camber climb out. Of course rampart range to gain some elevation on a dirt road. Enjoy the area.

Drop me a message if you're around town and want to meet up. I haven't done those two trails but I have been up rampart a few times and done trails off of it. Closest half day of wheeling you can get in the springs area. Relatively easy dirt road stuff but fun for getting off the pavement. Just gotta get around all the non awd/4wd vehicles on rampart that like to go slow lol.

They ride very well. I was actually really surprised with the road noise. Hardly any added at all. Comfort is just fine. Steering is a little more loose due to the size but besides that they are the best tire I have ever owned. They are a pretty penny tho. About 290/each.

does anyone know any good aftermarket seats for the 4runner that are direct or close to direct fit? And that wont break the bank, are reclinable and are comfy for a DD?:surfer:

Went off-roading with a friend today. We hit some pretty good mud holes and the ST Maxx's tore right through them. Also... I hit 170k :thumb:
