Took a trip up Chihuahua Gulch this past weekend to camp and hike Grays and Torreys peaks from the back side. The views were great and we could not have asked for better weather!

Great pics! Love that whole area, we're heading up Holy Cross on Saturday then over to Frisco that night and staying in the area until Tuesday, definitely will go play around Montezuma while we're there, cant wait!

Thanks! That sounds like a great trip! We did Holy Cross last year and that is a beautiful area as well.

Those pics are Amazing! How close is that area to your house? I was going to do a road trip and get some pics, but there was a car accident and the road was blocked....

I try and get to the Smokies or somewhere nearby every weekend for wildlife photography.. but also to drive my soon-to-be-nice-and-modified 4runner

Thanks! It took us a little under an hour and a half from our door to the trailhead without traffic on I-70. I'll be heading up to Anchorage and Seward in a week to do some backpacking and fishing. I can't wait to get out and explore your neck of the woods!

Very Cool! Cooper Landing (Close to Seward and where I'm at. Has many trails and fishing. Well worth it!! It's where I always go hiking. There's 6 or 7 trails all there at different levels. I'll give you details if you need.

Or Hope, AK. That's where I always go camping (up in the mountains, not near the shore and all the people).
