My new to me Ol' Girl.

1998 4x4 SR5 V6 5spd with 115,000 miles.

Just finished installing the Gobi rack and if you can't tell, I'm happy!

Changed out CV boots, and LBJ's both OEM as soon as I picked it up. Also changed all the fluids.

First time poster, long time lurker. Happy to finally join the 4Runner club. Happy Holidays!

First time submitter here. Been following the site for a while and finally decided to show off my runner! Still looking to do a few mods here and there. Next up is a lift- looking for a 2" or so, but not sure which way to go. There are a ton of options out there for sure.

Picked up this 2002 4Runner SR5 last week. 98K miles & 100% bone stock....for now.

Nice find!!
Was never a fan of maroon or red on vehicles, but these Sport 4Runners with that color have really grown on me.
Can't wait to see this one progress.

I took the 4Runner for a little jog down the beach after Christmas dinner with my family. Got on at the Sunset Beach access road, cruised up to Strawberry Knoll but turned around as my front bumper quickly submerged in the "water crossing" on the road. Headed back down to the beach and drove up to the Peter Iredale Ship wreck and exited up there.

It was POURING rain, so I only took one picture:

haha last time i went through there i was in the GX, and "Red Octobered" it through those water crossings, water 6" up on the windshield... the wife was not impressed. i was nervous but i guess did a good job at hiding it as she thought i did it just to scare her... glad i didnt suck any water into the intake. thanks again "Santa" :thumb:

What's your tire size? Any rubbing? I'm assuming you don't have any body or suspension lift.

I'm about to put 265/75R16 on a stock 4Runner and I'm wondering if this is what it'll look like.

No, it's just a home built dinghy. I got bored of the project before finishing, so I just use it with an electric motor for fishing.

Sibling wheel comparison

I got to compare my painted 4th gen sport 17s to my brother's recently acquired '16-17 Tacoma 16s when he came up for the holidays. I think we both need some spidertrax, but I like the design against the black paint.
