Missing Hose

Hey guys, new onto here. I have a ‘99 SR5, and i’ve only had it a few months. I’m not much of a mechanic, still learning. I noticed there was a hose missing, and couldn’t figure out what it was looking at diagrams and such. Thought I could get some help.

Just picked this 98 Limited with 200k for about $3500. Live in Florida so as you can see the clear coat is completely gone on the beautiful Desert Dune paint. Looking to get a repaint on it, as it looks like the previous owner tried to repaint the fender flares with some spray paint or something, and it looks terrible.

Was wondering on some opinions on what I should do with the paint? Should I stick with the original 2 tone or take this opportunity to maybe remove the side molding and paint the fender flares Desert Dune as well? I'm not really a fan of the side moldings or the two tone but I may just prefer to keep it factory.

Those are 5th gen SR5 wheels. 17x7. I got mine off facebook marketplace a couple years ago for $100. There's usually a set for sale near me every month.

They’re not too hard to find. I paid $275 for 5 on Craigslist.

That's great. I want this exact color combo, you essentially have my dream rig. But I'm likely going to go with what color I can find that's a good deal here locally when I can buy since my current vehicle is worth more than it's, well, worth thanks to used car prices.
