Hey all, first time poster here. I need new tires & wheels for my 3rd gen and found a good deal on these. Does anyone recognize these wheels? Seller claims they are off a 4th gen, but I don't see that as the case. Also, if anyone has these wheels, please post a pic! FWIW, they are dipped, which I plan on peeling off.

They look like fj cruiser 17 inch oem aluminium 6 spoke wheels.

Thanks for the quick reply Spartacus. They look very similar to the FJ's, but these are 16".

That's cool (the kind of thing my gf would roll her eyes at when I take a vid lol). I was thinking the other day about how once you start getting west/southwest of Omaha Nebraska nothing has really changed since the old west times when you're outside the cities. The trains are diesel instead of steam, we got 4runners instead of horses, and ARs and glocks instead of winchesters and colts.

Just photoshopped some new rims and tires and a small lift on my 4runner, I think I'll get them! Some 2021 17" SR5 rims with tires only 100 miles on the setup and $475 for it all. Any other opinions?

I've got the same color scheme with those wheels but my tires are quite bald lol. I really like the look of it and I feel like 17 inch wheels have better pricing for stock sized tires compared to 16 inch wheels.

That's a pretty good deal. Those' bridgestone tires are not great but not bad in snow. They do a heck off a job cleaning roads out here so you should be fine.
