ARB according to the sticker on the bumper.
Can anyone tell me what runningboards/sliders these are?
I have stock running boards and want something thinner/tube-based. Prefer not to have to fabricate mounts for it..

Those are stubbs sliders which haven't been in business for about 4 years. Check out 4xinnovations, addicted offroad, true north fabrications, the list goes on. 99 percent of what's out there is weld on only.
There's a bunch of manufacturers of rock sliders about. There are a few that are bolt-on, but from what I've gathered they won't stand up to as much abuse as welded sliders.
I'm posting the ones from 4x Innovations because I'm sold on the quality of their products and I've visited the facility and met the staff. They are a top-notch and long term supplier of armor for our rigs. They offer three different sizes of tubing depending on your needs. The least expensive tubing is 1.75" x 0.120" HREW. From there you can choose the same size tubing, but DOM, or go even further with the 1.75" DOM with 2" square main tube. All of this jargon and actual test results are explained here.
Anyway, here's a link to their page offering sliders for our 4Runners. They are shipped bare steel which can be wet coated, powder coated or hot dip galvanized. The galvanizing is a surprisingly inexpensive and very durable finish.

Thank you Riceye and Bad Luck. Super helpful. I'm actually not looking for sliders per se, mine is mostly a dirt road rig, but I do like the lower profile look as compared to the typical fat tube types. I'll check out those dealers, greatly appreciate the response.

What's up guys, I'm new to the forum in terms of posting I finally cracked and made an account. Been reading through the archive for over a year figuring out what to buy and finally made a decision about 6 Months ago. here's my rig got a nice list of plans to do now that I got the old girl running a bit happier than she was when I got her from the original owner. Well loved and definitely used as the Clock reads 311,872 miles and it's going like a dream from what I can tell the old woman has had it regularly service no major overhaul on the motor interior and exterior are mint aside from the small typical driver seat tear from getting in and out. I couldn't believe it had that many miles looking at it. Everything seems to be from 2000 in the bay minus the battery alternator and radiator.

I keep meaning to ask you, what's your strategy for the spare tire, since I don't see a rear bumper mounted carrier. That's the one thing keeping me from going to 33's, so inquiring minds want to know!

You busted me, I didn't have a spare in these pics. This was a pretty easy going little snow trip.
Eventually I want to get another FN wheel and do a rear bumper with a carrier.

Nice looking rig. Do you fund the (Gobi?) ladder useful? I am putting a plywood platform on my rack and I can hop up from a tire but am thinking about being more civilized. I wish there were more options for ladders. Gobi's lead time is just stupid and some of their legal practices leave something be desired.

Hey everyone, long time Toyota guy but new to the 4Runner. Always had a Tacoma or Tundra. Truck beds are nice but I should have switched to the 4Runner a long time ago. Picked up this 02 with last year and finally put in a Toytec/Bilstein 3" kit. 190k on body and 140k on engine that was swapped in right before I bought it.
