Just put some new DEPO headlights on my 99, and the fairly new TYC headlights went to the 98.

Here's my 96 Hilux Surf SSR-G Turbo Diesel. Love this silly thing, I've got a pile of suspension parts waiting for my lazy self to install. Even though it's basically a RHD 4R, it turns more heads than any of my JZS155 Toyota Crowns did.

Your photo file sizes are massive for a direct attachment. T4R allows a max of 136.7 KB for a file.
Hosting photos (imgur, etc.) and using that site's links or addresses can behave differently.

I did!

I fed it through the Photoshop machine and converted it from .pdf to .jpeg
and dropped the file size to something the site could accept.

Using the green "advanced" mode button for your entries will then allow you
to attach appropriate files (green "manage attachments" button) to the bottom of a post.
You can then preview things until it's to your liking

The other option is to use a photo hosting site and use their file info
to insert/paste pics into your posts, although I believe the forum will auto-size the
image to fit the site's format.

Got it last month. 1998 that hit 333,333 miles as I was leaving the inspection station on my way to register it. Replaced shift solenoids last night and no more clunking on the 1-2 shift.
Of course I had to play in the pasture a bit when I got home this evening. Guess I should bring a brush next time and take advantage of the flex to clean the rear wheel wells.

New to T4Rs and new to forum

Hey Everyone,

I'm old now, but when I was around 17, I fell in love with a local Toyota pickup that was for sale, but it had too many problems. I ended up with a manual Chevy Custom Deluxe (long bed), but this many years later that Toyota made an impression on me.

Well, my 05 Silverado was on it's last legs, and I decided to start looking in advance for a 3rd Gen 4Runner. My research and patience paid off. No, it wasn't that Toyota pickup, but it's the Toyota I need now.

There is a wealth of information on this forum. I just hope to acquire a small percent of all of the knowledge here.

Anyway, here are a few photos of my 2002 4R 4WD SR5 with 102K miles with only some surface rust on the frame.
