There are many threads about this but here is my install. 2016 Tacoma TRD Off Road shocks front and rear on my gf's 2007 2WD. Gave about 1.5" of lift in the front, rear stayed the same. Have to swap out the lower bushings and thats all.
I am a huge fan of putting the trail team FJ suspension but its getting really hard to find and the Tacoma stuff can be had for $100 front and rear. Rides so much better and gives a little lift.
