3rd Gen w/ Mods for Cheap in CA

This isn't mine but I wouldn't be surprised if it belongs to one of our members on here. It's pretty cheap for what he's already done to the vehicle:

1999 Toyota 4Runner Limited 4WD 3 inch lift 33 inch tires

If you're willing to fix up the body a bit and a few other things it'd be a cheap 4Runner for what it is.

I dont know what the story is with this truck, I have tried contacting the seller multiple times over the last 3 YEARS!! He never responds.
It has been listed on and off for the last 3 Years, I am sure I am not the only one who wanted to buy it, its a crazy good deal! Its weird that it hasn't sold/he also has not changed the ad at all over the last 3 years same pictures etc...

I've run into fake ads that are too good to pass up, that are just a grab at your personal information. They then sell to advertising companies for profit.
That's why I always email through the CL proxy first. If yoder's right, I imagine this ad could be one.
