so my friend and i recently bought a 90 4runner with the 3vz with bad head gaskets for 200 bucks and he has a 22 and we both know them like the back of out hands but our questions is how hard is it to switch to the 22 and we already called in and the heads were re done at the dealer and he has a baby on the way and doesnt wanna be working on it that long not to mention its an auto which suck so how hard would the 22re and manual swap be he wants to scrap the thing and if he does im stealling the gears outta it and some other things so where should we go and know we dont have the money for a 3.4 swap

Here, have some punctuation. It looks like you ran out. Let me know if you need more, I've got lots.

Swapping a 3vze for a 22re would be the exact opposite of swapping a 22re for a 3vze, which is documented all over the web. Personally, I think it's a waste of time. If you're going to go to the effort of an engine swap, you oughta get something out of it. The v6 and i4 are pretty close in terms of reliability and power. With a $200 truck, I'd fix the head gasket and wheel the holy crap out of it, or part it out and turn a profit.
