4" lift, front end clunk and clatter

I've looked for the answer to this question, I can't find it..

2003 AWD 4.7L

I just installed all new lower A arm bushings, new Camburg upper front arms and lower ball joints.
I have a 4" lift in the front that I have had for a couple of years, after the work was done it has now acquired a clunk and an almost rattling type sound when hitting speed bumps, not all the time and everything under there is tight. Front sway bushings are energy suspension installed a couple of years back.
My sway bar links are shot, I am looking for links for a lift (Any help there would also be nice)
I just wonder if the clunk could be the no longer booted and greased links.

Am I better off dropping the bushing mounts 2 or 3" or installing extended links and what brands for general purpose are the most popular?

Nothing has been resolved except the spring hitting the arm.
A click going over bumps that won’t go away is irritating.
