4 link bushings

Hi there! I found the popping and clunking noise out of the beast. It is the worn out bushings out of the 4 links(im about 90%) sure. Is there anyway to replace the bushings on the links?

Who sells good panhard bar for our trucks?

I ordered energy bushings off of amazon. I think the lower link bushings are captive but can be replaced. I'm attempting mine soon, but i don't have a torch or sazall so it'll be interesting

my buddy did his uppers. I was gonna make him help me, i'll dive into it tomorrow

I would get the parts and take the arms to shop but that's me. I replaced both ends with new oems bushings. I just got the parts and took them to the dealer, went to Home Depot came back and boom They did it for $40. Two birds with one stone and I didn't even get out a torch or curse at it.

I've noticed that almost every panhard bar I looked at in a junkyard had good bushings. My factory one looks new somehow but in use as my Sonoran steel one is bent.

What made you decide to replace your bushing? was it making a clunk, thumping and popping noise or were you just bored out of your mind and decide to do it?:lol:

I need to replace my enitre rear axle housing and figured i may as well do bushings while its apart

Here's a link to a thread I saved which has the part numbers. This is what I am going to use when I order mine.

So basically:

Upper links use 4 total TAB-164 bushings, part no. 48702-35050
Lower links use 2 total TAB-211 bushings, part no. 48702-35040, and
Lower links also use 2 total TAB-163 bushings, part no. 48702-35070

Good luck, and let me know how difficult it is to press the old ones out, and the new ones in.
