Are you going out in the 2 feet of snow to see if you can make it through ?

I was out tonite , so far about 5" . I just bummed around . Truck did fine , pretty slippery since when we get what called "lake effect" snow it's very heavy and wet , hard packed. Tires don't play well on that type of snow. The do ok , I'm sure I push them to hard in my driving habits .

I am going out in the morning. took some pics today. will see. it has stopped snowing for now...............darn.

I'm jealous. I'm here in Edmonton, Alberta, where you can usually rely on some pretty good snowpack by December. This year, having finally purchased a 4Runner, not a trace on the ground.

This is the first year in a long time I've been hoping for snow, and there's no sign of it...

Sunny skies in Anchorage today. got tired of VSC so I locked
the diff and plowed through about 5 to 12 inches on the streets. I can anticipate the skid and respond better without the VSC at speeds below 30MPH anything faster I am putting on the VSC.

Hoping you get the white stuff soon in Alberta.........
