Finally, 4 months later. My 4runner transformed from stock to this. I don't have stock pics.

- 3" Cornfed + lots of trimming.
- 17" MotoMetal 951 black.
- 285x70x17 BFG Rugged Terrance (bought used from my other truck -Titan -forum)
DeeZee roof rack. Very bad customer service. I do not recommend. 4 Rubber clips broke when open box. I called DeeZee and they said "Sorry, we can't do anything about it. You can ship the rack back at your own cost." I just live with it.
- Hitch bike rack - from previous truck (Nissan Titan)
- Skid Plate
- Exhaust cover. I will probably take it off and sell it.

Very nice! I like the black and silver color in your rims, it breaks up the black a lot. I bet if you dont wash your rig for a few weeks and let the dust collect it will really have that tough paramilitary look. How do you like the rugged trails? what is the difference between those, the bfg long trails, and the bfg all terrain ko?

I had BFG A/T before. I like the look of BFG better. As far as riding, I couldn't tell the different between A/T and Rugged Trails.

Is it possible to hate somebody with out ever meeting them.......lol

That is what I would call a 10 out of 10. Great job. If you ever get tired of the perfect truck and want to trade down, just let me know.:)

Nice truck but those tires look wimpy on those wheels. You need a little more agressive tread to fit the look but overall an awesome job.

I got the tires used for a very good price from my other truck forum. I paid $200 for 5 tires and they only got 1000 miles on them.

I like the look of BFG A/T KO. I will get them when these wore out.

Nice looking truck....I like the transformation. That pic next to the Sequoia reminded me of my garage. I like parking next to my wife's Sequoia and looking at the height difference also.

Have you measured how tall your truck is to the top of the cargo basket? It's got to be close to the minimum clearance of most parking decks. I'm wondering about fitting in my garage with my roof basket installed after I install my lift.

That just reminded me of a funny incident at the local gas station car wash. There was a guy in front of me with a big lifted older POS looking white van. He paid the machine and started to drive into the car wash. from my point of view it looked like he was going to barely make it. Sure enough as he creeps in, I hear this terrible scraping noise. He couldn't fit in the car wash! I start to back up cuz there is only one way out, so he backs out, and I take his spot and get a free car wash. What a deal!

I measured it before decided installing the rack. My work's parking structure height is 7'. I barely made it through. I have extra 2" to spare.

The roof itselft is taller than 7' but it has the metal bar about 6" lower than the roof. I think they do that for safety.

Mine is 6'5" right now with the roof basket installed and no lift. After upsizing to 265-70 tires tomorrow and installing the lift saturday I expect it to be about 6'8". My garage door is 7' so I should barely fit. I plan on installing a couple lights on the rack so that will prob be the deal breaker... banned to parking outside.

3" LIFT

So all I need is a 3" spacer lift and mine will look (almost) as good as yours? Where'd you get them (Burtmans CORNFED?), how much and how much to get them installed???

Burtman Industries

249.99 + shipping.

I installed one myself today, piece of cake. My local off-road shop wanted $250 to install it.

My truck sits at 7.5 feet with rack installed. I have about roughly 6 inchs of lift including my bodylift and 285s.

41 inchs from ground to fender well.

thats best place to measure height

Awesome ****** rig dude!

Does anyone know if the lift/larger tires would void the warranty??

Typically only with suspension components. Dealer has to prove the mods caused failure to the item in question. So if your truck is lifted and the radio goes bad, they can't deny your warranty claim. You're protected by the Magnusson Moss Act.

the door may be 7 feet, but what about the motor and such for the garage door? or the rods that stick out when you put the door up. will they interfere with the height? just curious....

Gettin' Cornfed!

Just ordered 3/2 spacer lift from Burtmans Thanks to you! Can't wait to get them. Merry Christmas to MEEEE!!!

All that is above the door opening in my garage. I dont know what your talking about with "the rods that stick out when you put the door up". Mine is a typical sectional overhead door that rolls up on a track.
