4 Point Harness Install

I have a 95 Automatic and I'm looking to improve safety.

How would you go about installing a 4-Point harness?

I'm trying to avoid spending $600 a seat, although I'm sure compromising safety isn't the answer.

Can you install a 4-point without buying a new seat? If not, what seats do you recommend?

not too sure on many of the seat, but some xtensive knowlege says that the stock seats out of a 90ish to 95ish mazda MX3 have holes on the top for a harness.
