Well, first of all if you have a turbo diesel 4runner, half or more of the people here are very very jealous. Congrats on your awesome engine.
Secondly, there are a ton of threads here that can help you in that regard, just browse through the build threads here for ideas.
And of course we're all dying to see some pictures of your truck.

This is a good place to start:
LED swap (its just plain helpful);

Then get some lift;

Then some big fat rims and tires!
And then TBBU (i reccomend the 231mm calipers 05-06 tundra);
