Check your rear shock/coil mounts. Make sure they are clean. And that there is no dirt clogging the drain hole. The way the shock mounting area is made. Its perfect for mud, and dirt to sit and trap moisture.
For inside frame. Id get Eastwood internal frame coating . Its what i did. Make sure you wash the inside frame first, then blow it out with air, wait a day for it dry and use the eastwood stuff. 6 cans of it. Then after that id get fluid film, or eastwood heavy duty anti rust. I used the eastwood heavy duty stuff. Its like fluid film, but much much more stickier, its grease like glue.
A lot of that rust can be fixed with wire wheel on a angle grinder and a hand held drill.
