4 runner too girly

We have a 14 tundra
99 runner
2009 mustang wife thinks they are all hers ? Plus let her drive so I call
Ride shot gun and drink

Erf, wife recently stuck to large hello kitty magnets on her Murano. First car I've ever driven that I am actually kind of embarassed to be seen in (And I have a stuffed warthog on my dash!)

Lol yeah the hello kitty would get to me as well

But

The warthog is pretty cool, besides the animal what comes to mind is the bad ass a-10 and there is nothing girly about that beast!

Hmmm, does Budbuilt make a hidden Gatling gun mount for the 5th gen? That would clear out traffic!

I should have specified. 5th generation-2014. They are almost as large as a Sequoia.

They're not even close. The 4th Gen is built on the J120 Platform, while the 5th gen is built on the J150 Platform; dimensionally both frames are identical (the J150 has some metallurgical changes and supposedly some bracing added, but to be honest they are near identical from what I have been seeing.) The 5th gen is a bit porkier than the 4th gen, but its still smaller than even a 1st Gen Sequoia and if you throw it next to a 2nd Gen Sequoia it's dwarfed. Even the Land Cruiser 200 is slightly bigger than the 4th/5th Gen 4Runner.

Mmm... GAU-8/A Avenger 30mm hidden behind my Shrockworks Bumper? Yes please! :heh:

~

In regards to the 5th Gens looking "Girly," I would look at some of the built up rigs in the 5th Gen. Even the 4th Gens look "soft" stock; but a full metal bumper, lift kit, aggressive tires, ect. quickly change the demeanor of the vehicle.

4runner is pure bawls. Nothing beats having a stock truck that can keep up with built jeeps.

And last i checked, 4runner never came in pink.

But if you want yours to be even more manly, install a fart can in the back and never wash it.

Anytime I see another 4runner or hell even a taco or fj I'm ready to give a waive when usually I'm met with disappointment when it's a soccer mom behind the wheel.

The person driving is what makes a vehicle masculine or feminine. Some of you guys that buy a vehicle and then mod it to be more "manly" or "tough" looking should quit whining like a bunch of middle school girls that broke their hair dryer and look in the mirror.
If what you see is not "manly" to you then a frigging vehicle will not help. "Manly" comes from within and all you whiny guys looking for a "tough" facade by buying a off road vehicle, growing a beard, going to the gym or taking up an outdoor hobby to adjust your image should really think of seeing a shrink. Geez.

Wait so...when I lift weights with my beard out in the woods, you saying that ain't Manly? Come on man, now what am I supposed to do!? :flypig:

I got this! I'm a pro at photo shop

I don't think a Hello Kitty sticker is gonna make this truck feminine! lol

(I still want one of those as a "Pick-Up Truck"...)

But I agree with you, that you shouldn't be using your vehicle to define your masculinity.

My wife drove mine to work for a couple of weeks last winter. I even took the magnetic "Hello Kitty" thingy off of her Camry and stuck it on the rear. It kinda clashed with the Longfield Super Axle decal but she thought it was funny seeing guys in built rigs freak out seeing her behind the wheel. I'm sure "girly" never came to their minds.

Where I live you'll see a lot of 4runners with the most abundant being of the 4th gen. Yes a lot of women drive them but that just means that women have nice taste in vehicles and know what is the best. LONG LIVE 4RUNNER!
