43,000 miles, just oil changes?

Howdy, I'm new here. Joined a couple of months ago when I decided I know I want a 4 runner. Since I am completely unfamiliar with their maintenance schedule, I'd like to ask a question or 2 of you experienced owners. I'm looking at a one owner 2003 SR5 4x4. I've driven it and it seems a smooth, powerful V8 with new tires as of Feb. However, looks like the owner has done regular oil/filter changes at a lube place, but very little else. Can you tell me what, if I buy it, am I looking at moneywise to bring it up to date on its maintenance schedule? Is there a large one due soon? Think there's been damage done by not taking care of the scheduled maintenances on this 4 yr. old truck? I very much will appreciate your thoughts. Thanks....Jack.

Welcome, I am fairly new here. Seems like a good group.
Congrats on the runner. I also have the 03 V8 SR5.
I purchased it with 20,000 on it. It now has 61,000. Up until know I have only changed the oil and rotated the tires. I just changed the oil in both diffs and the t-case. Fairly easy to do and well worth it.
General rule I apply when buying a used vehicle is to change all the fluid. I am not sure what kind of shape the radiator fluid or transmission fluid is in. Might be fine?
At the very least I would change the fluid in all gearboxes and grease the chasis.

The 2k3 V-8's call for a coolant change every 30k. Otherwise, it's just oil/filters/tire rotations for normal service. Towing/off roading, probably should look at the differtial/xfer case fluids.
