4mm of brake pad left

Hi, last time when changed my bigs at big'o'tire i asked them to check my rear brake pad they said i have about 4mm left.

how many mile does 4mm brake pad left?

i drive regular, mostly locals. i guess i dont use brake as much because i tend to drive very slow when the light infront is red so i dont have to use my brake. but sometimes i have to because not all street has smooth light.

As the others have said, it's really hard to guess. I'd suggest you watch it closely and plan on doing them in the next 6k-10k miles.
