4R Limited Sound

Hey there guys, just bought an '18 Limited (pics later today) upgraded my '11 that had been bought overseas. It has the JBL system in it. One thing I noticed, is that the front dash speaker is blown, and I had the exact same issue a month into having my old 4Runner. Looking for ideas to replace the speaker. Not going with a new head unit, and really don't want to change the look of the car, just upgrade the speaker any ideas. TYIA.

If you bought it from a Toyota dealer I'd bring it back and have them replace it for free fiddy free.
