4Runner as a tax break?

I've been reading about the "SUV tax" and I'm wondering if 4Runners fall into this category. I've found a list here, and I'm not sure if this is complete or not.

I have a full time job but I also do independant contractor work, so I'm asking an accountant friend of mine to look into my options (if any).

Some trucks of note that made the list:
- BMW X5
- Isuzu Ascender (somewhat equiv. in size to the 4)
- Lexus GX470
- Toyota Tundra

the GVWR needs to be over 6,000 pounds, I don't think the 4Runner is.. the GX needed some changes to put it over the 6,000 pound mark.

Excuse me but did you guys understand the point of the article? I would not even touch this loophole if the 4Runner qualified.

This tax loophole is one reason people HATE the H2 owners.
