4Runner Bogs down bad!

so ive done some research and have some ideas about what the problems might be, but wanted to bring this to your attention.

when im first starting driving in the morning it feels like the 4runner just boggs down and has a hard time accelerating.

i first noticed it when i was pulling my trailer across the country a few weeks ago. going up a hill i would take the O/D off and it would just not have the power it used to have, just bogg and slow down, or you could FLOOR is and RPM would blast up to about 4300 and then take off again.

but now it does it about all the time. it will mainly do it in 2nd gear at 30 mph at about 2500 rpm-3000

But before i get too far into explaining about all this, here are some recent mechanical updates i have done.
spark plugs a few thousand miles ago,
all new synthetic fluids (besides trans),
front Air fuel sensor last week after CEL, along with MAF cleaning and EFI fuse pulled and reset.

I am currently about 10,000 ft in the mountains and its killer. no power at all to really fly up the hill like i think it should. but when im in idaho at 5,000 ft its still there. maybe just not as bad. but still there and really noticeable at times.

SO. what im thinking is that i am getting too much fuel and its not all being burned properly. maybe my injectors are plugged, maybe my maf is still a bit dirty, maybe my cat is clogged.

maybe maybe maybe. i need you guys to help get rid of these maybes.
