4runner cold air intake wanted or part#

My local dealer said the cai is no longer available does anyone have a part# or dealer that has one

Your stock air cleaner assembly is CAI if it is similar to my stock 4th gen. It takes in fresh air from passenger side wheel well between the liner and sheet metal.

you can probably find one if you search PTR03-89100

I think that's the part number but IMO unless you want it for the sound, performance is going to be very minimal. it uses the same intake area on the fender as stock, just different filter which is oiled and will probably dirty up your MAF. but what do I know

I have one but my service guy left a tool on it and closed my hood cracking it
So he wants to buy another but my local Toyota is nla

If you're referring to the TRD CAI just search "TRD CAI" on the forum and you'll find threads with all the PN's. Or alternatively search google for the installation instructions, all the Toyota PN's are listed. Parts are still readily available online. Just ordered and installed mine last weekend.

Not really gaining much more than just looks with the TRD CAI.

I just did an upgraded filter, saved $300 and been happy with it.
