4Runner Gameshow-What is this wire edition

I found this hooked up as a sloppy ground ( I am bringing a good running car with much rig back to life)

What are these wires, I would imagine the bracket would help one of you know instantly.

Holy giant pictures batman...... Haha have you tried tracing it to the source? The guys on here can't really do much off of just that picture so it'd be helpful to post more.

Right, I've seen worse pictures, well no, no I haven't. I can tell that is the corner where the fender meets the core support, but I can't tell if that is a connector or if the wires continue.

They usually start you off easy on gameshows. Not with a blurry, oversized, macro shot of a nondescript chunk of metal with a black wire loom, taken with a potato.
