Anyone trying to diagnose these kinds of problems really needs a OBDII reader that does live data. ELM327 + Torque is the cheapest and one of the best options.

Watch the MAF numbers. Are they appropriate at idle, and then increase appropriately with throttle?

Does the #1 O2 sensor switch voltages appropriately? Is the average of the graph's highs and lows biased rich or lean?

Or an old school analog voltmeter hooked up to the diagnostic ports! I forget which one it is, but that's how you did it on pre-OBDII vehicles.

Not good info. There are a lot of p/n's, depending on year, front/rear, 2wd/4wd, auto/manual, 4cyl/V6, as well as Fed/Cali. The full list here:

You don't have to buy from them--Amazon usually has the best price, but URD is the best source for the Denso p/n's. Amazon is hit or miss. Denso's site is hard to use.

I think you should edit that post before someone buys the wrong sensor.
