4Runner running poorly

Hi
My 1994 v6 Automatic is running poorly it will start soon after the idle drops to 3-400 rpm and stays there and I get a fuel smell plus after this it is hard to start seems like it is flooding.

My friend seems to think it has something with the cold start injector and its control valve.

Any ideas or help would be appreciated

Try taking it to the dealer and asking them to check the oxygen sensor.

BTW forgot to add not throwing any codes and no check engine light.
