4Runner to small

Hi All,
This is my 1st 4runner its a 90 SR5. It has about 225k on it but I have replaced most everything that it needed to get it ready to go offroad. I am 6'3" and now with a new hip it is just to little to small for me. I am looking for an offroad seat that I can move back for more room. I am finding it hard to find offroad stuff for a 4runner, but lots of stuff for a jeep. I did sit in a jeep but have the same problem. Can anyone suggest a site for 4runners?

Why not just relocate your current seat rearward a little ? It's just 4 bolts, and you might have to change/make some brackets.

I can but I also use it as a daily driver for now about 110 miles a day and the stock seat is not all that comfortable. I will move it back anyway maybe a little more room will make a difference. I am still looking for a site for some 4runner off-road stuff if you know of any.

I'm 6'6" tall...I know what you're talking about.

I would NOT recommend going to a racing seat...you won't be happy. The manu's (Recaro et al) don't make seats for tall people either.
I ran seats from an 89 Honda Prelude in my 82 LWB: they were brilliant! For what ever reason, Honda decided to accomodate taller folks in the 'Ludes...as stated above, some custom bracketry needed to be done.

check out corbeau. they have a website. they offer a seat that is made for larger people. they also have brackets you can buy from their site for most vehicles. Ive had a set and they were great. im 6'3

I did move the seat back (some better) but not what I want.

I did have a 76 Honda Civic and had plenty of room and the seats were nice to sit in. I will look around and see what I can find and try it.

If that does not work, then it is off to Corbeau.
