I'd research KDSS and the rear e-locker on this and other websites and decide if those are things you want or not. Then visit some dealerships and see how you feel about the sunroof and the different upholstery material choices.
Then I would sit down and figure out how you're likely to use the rig, and then list the requirements you'd have.
And then be frank about whether you're someone who keeps the vehicle mostly stock, or whether you're VERY likely to pull off the wheels and suspension and maybe even bumpers and diffs at some point and upgrade them.
Depending upon the above, your direction should be clearer. KDSS -> TRD Off Road. Cloth upholstery -> SR5 or TRD Off Road (standard, not premium). Sunroof -> SR5 or TRD Off Road. Pretty much any feature of the TRD Pro (including the wheels) can be added to the TRD Off Road, as well as the SR5 (but which doesn't come with the rear e-locker).
If you're a huge hacker and don't want KDSS or the TRD Off Road/Pro's rear e-locker, maybe start with an SR5...
