It's all about looks, high quality probably meaning not cheap plastic that will fall apart in your hands. I mean at least you will actually put your hand on it and use it versus the trd oil and radiator caps.

Maybe it's designed to reduce hand strain as you shift from park to drive and such? Bwahahahaha.

I still like it I'm just too cheap to pay $85 for it.

Makes me wonder if this is struts only, struts and springs, struts springs and top plate, or just springs. It says kit....???

EDIT:
Full kit requires the following plus the re-use of you top plate.

PTR13-35120-AB Left Front Strut
PTR13-35120-AF Right Front Strut
PTR13-35120-AA Coil spring (2 required)

Best price I can find on this kit is $892 before shipping.

Does not look like a very good option.

Part numbers that begin with PTR appear to be TRD specific. And nothing comes up on Bilsteins site with 'ptr' part numbers. But there are other TRD lift kits that include bilstein shocks.

This might just be for the Tacamo TX Baja

Correct. Toyota part number that start with "PT" are TRD, and they assign all of there own part numbers so they will not cross. The 4runner 1.5" TRD lift is (according to the video) shared with the TX Pro Tacoma, so the above parts are most likely correct for the 4runner.
